PRESIDENT & TREASURER – ARIELLE ETIENNE-EDMONSON

As a strategic, creative, innovative operations and management leader with extensive experience leading non-profit, consulting firms, educational organizations, and political campaigns, Arielle ensures the smooth efficient operations of HEAL Haiti.

As ally and an lifelong advocate for the underrepresented and underserved, Arielle has championed efforts to improve the Washington, D.C. public school system, chaired human-centered program design and implementation for returning citizens and adjudicated youth, and co-created solutions for organizational leaders to create diverse and inclusive cultures.

Currently, Arielle runs a consulting firm managing passionate speakers, visionaries, entrepreneurs and innovators in growing their impact in the field of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging. As the President of HEAL Haiti, she oversees the fundraising operations, establishes the strategic priorities and programs, manages budgets and resources and serves as the spokesperson for the organization. Arielle resides in the Washington, D.C. metro area with her family.
